This was a quickie. Choc is sold out 😮. Try to see other Poustras from the new collection.
"I've been watching that wolf pack since the beginning of the year, I also know where they had their den. As soon as the wolf hunting quota passed, I knew that this season would be the last for them."
The hunch of Peter Jakoby, a hunter and forest manager from Chočské vrchy, was unfortunately confirmed. The TANAP report published a report in December that only two cubs remained from the wolf family in Chočské vrchy and their chance of survival without parents is very small. We don't know what happened to them over the winter. But we know that the pointless shooting of wolves must be stopped in Slovakia.
There are good initiatives to stop wolf hunting. There is a public appeal on Ekoforum, which has been signed by more than 100,000 people. We got involved too. We believe that you will also decide for the right thing. Sign the challenge here .

Believe us, we would rather show the most beautiful panoramic view of Dolna Orava with the Choča graphics. But it didn't work for us. That's why we created this graphic together with Frenky Hříbal. Poustra are not just a nice image decoration for the living room. But a means that opens the discussion.
From each piece sold, we donate 4 euros directly to We are the forest, which protects Slovak forests from devastation. And on the back of each Poustra you will find a QR code with a hiking route from Hikemates, the digital section of the Slovak Tourist Club. Thanks to them, you can also go on a real hike.
